2. Acceptance
By using this site or sending a request you accept these Terms. Before any order or booking we give clear pre-contract information on the service, price, terms and our business, per Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 and Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015.
3. Requests and price confirmation
A request by form, email or phone is an enquiry, not a contract. We confirm scope, price and timing in writing; the contract is concluded when you accept that written offer.
4. Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before the agreed time unless your confirmed offer says otherwise. Later cancellations may involve costs disclosed in advance.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or fraudulent use of the site.
- No scraping, overload or attempts to bypass security.
- No false contact or booking details.
6. Liability
We perform services with due care as confirmed in writing and are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991.

We process names, phone numbers, emails and booking details to handle requests; purposes, retention and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, per Закон України № 3993-IX «Про захист персональних даних» від 27.06.2024. Non-essential cookies are set only with consent.
8. Complaints and changes
Email contact@flowershrop.com; we reply within 10 business days. Consumers may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991). We may update these Terms; the current version is always published here.
